Love the running/exercise episodes!

I'm really enjoying the content about exercise and mental health! I'm a school psych, and way back in 2004 I was writing grad school papers on mental health and the rise of high stakes testing particularly because when there is more of an emphasis on the tests, there is less time for play & physical activity for kids. I love my local run club, and started my own at the middle school where I work. It's important to note that run clubs should welcome all paces, and that run/walk intervals *are* running. Running is intimidating enough, no need to make it exclusionary!
